Shipping Policy

We will be processing your order within one to two days. Please be aware that orders must be placed by 6 p.m. MST. Orders submitted after that time will be handled the next working day.

On average, your item will arrive in 4–7 days (free shipping over $300). Orders under $300 will be sent at a flat $15 charge. At this time, we are only able to ship inside the United States; we are unable to send internationally.

Most of our shipments are transported by one of our 18-wheeler third-party freight carriers. In the event that an item from your order is transported by a freight carrier, you will be contacted to arrange for curbside delivery. Please be sure that the phone number you enter at checkout is valid.

An email confirming your order will be sent out to you when the order has been placed. This message will verify that our system has received your order and that the purchase has been approved using your payment method. Until the item ships, we won't charge your card—unless it's back ordered and we have to hold the item for you.

Select Survive-A-Storm products including The Extreme 4x8, 8x4, 6x6, 6x8, 8x6, and all below-ground models would require additional charges of $1,500. If you are outside these states AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, LA, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, delivery will include a flat rate $250. The expected approximate delivery date can be calculated through customer service and varies per product.
