What is the estimated time of arrival for my order? When can I expect to receive it?

Orders may ship on the same business day or take up to 1-2 days, depending on the brand. Rarely, unexpected delays may cause order shipment to take longer than expected. Your items will be delivered within 4–7 days on average. Usually, the product page will make note of any extended wait times.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Upon arrival, kindly check the packing of your item(s) and report any damage—even if it's just to the box—when signing for the delivery. If you are unable to open the product during delivery but think it has been damaged, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

Please email images of any damaged items to support@perfectlypremium.com, and we will handle issuing a replacement or reimbursement upon verification that your item(s) are damaged. 

How should I submit an order?

How will I be informed when my order ships?
