Refunds and Returns Policy

We've made the return and refund process really simple because we want you to feel at ease while buying with us.

1. Return Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days after purchase. However, we won't be able to accept the return if it's been more than 30 days.

2. Shipping Fees: We will cover the cost of returning an item you purchased if it is defective or incorrect. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs if you are returning it because you just changed your mind.

3. Defective or Broken Products: Please notify us within 30 days if the item you received is defective or broken. We'll assist with mailing it back without additional expenses. After we receive it and inspect it, we will either replace it or return your money, including the shipping cost.

4. Change of Mind Returns: You have 30 days to return anything you purchased if you change your mind. However, you will be responsible for paying for the return cost. Ensure that it remains in its original box and has not been used. You will receive your money back for the item, minus the shipping costs, after we receive and inspect it.

5. Refunds: You will receive an email from us after we receive and inspect the item you returned. We'll inform you if your money will be returned or not. If so, we'll return it within 7 business days to the card or payment method you used.

Remember that banks and credit cards sometimes require a few days to show the refund. Please send us an email at support@perfectlypremium.com if it has been more than 10 business days since approving your refund and you have not received it.

Restocking fees may or may not apply to your return.
