What happens if my item is broken?

When your item(s) arrives, please check the packing. If you see any damage, even if it's only to the box, you should indicate it when you sign for delivery. Notate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the box during delivery but believe there may be damage. If any of your items come damaged, please email support@perfectlypremium.com with pictures, and we will replace or refund your order right away (typically within one business day).
